Working on a retainer basis allows us to build a deeper, ongoing relationship that prioritises your needs and ensures consistent support. Retainers provide you with guaranteed access to my expertise, offering flexibility and tailored solutions without the need to negotiate individual sessions or projects. This model fosters a more collaborative partnership, where I can proactively focus on achieving your goals, whether it’s through personalised guidance, regular check-ins, or priority availability. A retainer provides you with the assurance of a clear and dedicated meeting of your needs.
To ensure a professional and effective working relationship, please note the following:
Availability: Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Support outside these hours, including weekends and holidays, may incur additional fees, subject to prior agreement.
Communication: We strive to respond to all communications within 24 hours during business days. We will promptly address urgent requests within the scope of your package.
Scope of Work: Services provided are as outlined in your selected package. Any additional services or significant changes to the agreed plan may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in the session being counted towards your package hours or incur a fee.
Confidentiality: All client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed every 4 months. Payments are due in advance of services rendered. For monthly packages, fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received.
To maximise the benefits of our services, clients are expected to:
• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their health and lifestyle.
• Communicate openly about goals, preferences, and any concerns.
• Follow the agreed-upon plans and recommendations as closely as possible.
Our commitment lies in delivering outstanding service and support. These guidelines are in place to ensure clarity and a mutually respectful partnership. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Pausing the Retainer: Clients may pause their retainer once per calendar year for up to one month, subject to the following conditions:
• During the pause, the client is not billed for services they do not utilise.
• However, pausing does not retroactively reduce the fee for the current billing cycle. If the pause occurs mid-cycle, it only affects future billing periods.
• When services resume, billing restarts from the point at which the pause ended. This ensures clients only pay for active service periods.
• Pauses must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
• Pauses cannot be backdated, and only one pause is permitted per calendar year.
