There’s no single way to eat well — because no two bodies, lives, or histories are the same. Personalised nutrition is about working with your biology, not against it. That means moving beyond one-size-fits-all advice and building a strategy that reflects your goals, symptoms, and lived experience.

Using a functional medicine model, I work with clients to get to the root of health concerns — not just manage symptoms. I take a full case history and use targeted testing where needed, including biochemical and genetic analysis, to help map out what’s really going on beneath the surface.

This work doesn’t stop at food. We look at how your body responds to stress, sleep, environment, movement, and more. It’s about creating long-term strategies that are grounded, realistic, and built around you.
