Health Strategy Session
This session is a 90-minute strategic review of your current health and behavioural landscape. It is an opportunity to step back and look carefully at how your nutrition, stress load, coping strategies and mindset are intertwined. We study the structure you operate in and how it has evolved over time instead of isolating symptoms or seeking the next intervention.
We take a thorough functional view of your health, considering physiology and psychology together. That may include nutrition, nervous system patterns, existing blood work, supplements, training habits, or breathwork and other healing practices you are already using. Where relevant, we look at the role of long-standing stress, formative experiences and the behavioural patterns that follow. These threads are often connected, even when they appear separate on the surface.
Our work together is structured but not formulaic. I draw on functional medicine, trauma-informed thinking, and lived clinical experience to help you identify what is actually driving your symptoms or sense of being stuck.
Following the session, you receive a written summary outlining your key themes and strategic recommendations.

What’s Included
Before we meet, you’ll complete a structured intake form so I understand the context you’re working within. The session itself runs for ninety minutes and is delivered privately, either via Zoom or in person in London.
During that time, we step back and examine your current approach in full. I offer strategic commentary on what is working, what is misaligned, and where effort may be misplaced. We can discuss your recent blood or functional testing or supplement protocols at a high level, if applicable.
Within five working days, you’ll receive a written Roadmap. This outlines the key priorities we identified, where simplification is needed, and the areas that deserve focused attention next.
Scope
This is a one-off contained strategic session. It does not include full laboratory interpretation from scratch, detailed supplement engineering, new testing design, or ongoing implementation support. It is not structured as therapy, and it does not include continuous access or messaging outside the session unless an add-on has been arranged. If, after the session, a deeper technical review or longer-term advisory would be appropriate, that can be discussed separately.
