1:1 Nutrition & Health
Health support for people who need more than another plan.
I work with a small number of private clients who want to understand their health more fully, rather than being given another generic protocol to follow.
Some people come with physical symptoms, digestive problems, fatigue, conflicting advice or a health routine that has become increasingly complicated. Others are struggling with body image, perfectionism, emotional eating, burnout, identity or the pressure to keep improving themselves. Often, these experiences are connected.
My work brings together functional medicine, nutrition and trauma-aware healing. We can look at symptoms, blood results, food, sleep and supplements while also paying attention to stress, behaviour, identity, body image and the ways you have learned to cope.
You do not need to decide whether your problem is physical or emotional before contacting me. Understanding how the different parts fit together is part of the work.
I work internationally with people of all identities. My practice has particular depth in queer health, but you do not need to be queer to work with me.
This work may be right for you if:
You feel stuck despite doing many of the “right” things
You have persistent symptoms but no clear understanding of the wider pattern.
Your approach to health has become complicated, restrictive or difficult to sustain.
Body image, perfectionism, stress or control are influencing how you eat and care for yourself.
You are tired of surface-level advice and being treated as a collection of symptoms.
You want clinical rigour without having your identity or lived experience ignored.
Ways to Work With Me
One-to-One Health Consultation
£360
A focused 60-minute consultation for people who want an informed starting point, a strategic review of their health or help making sense of a particular issue.
Before we meet, you will complete a detailed intake form so I can understand your health history, current symptoms, existing routines and the wider context in which they are occurring.
During the consultation, we may explore:
Nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep and recovery
Current symptoms and relevant health history
Existing blood results, testing and supplement use
Stress and nervous-system load
Body image, perfectionism and behavioural patterns
Areas of confusion, contradiction or unnecessary complexity
The most useful priorities going forward
You will receive a written summary within five working days, setting out the central themes, practical priorities and any appropriate recommendations.
This is a contained consultation. It does not include extensive laboratory interpretation, continuing messaging or ongoing support.
If you decide to enter the Three-Month Private Programme within seven days, the £360 consultation fee will be credited in full towards the programme.
Three-Month Private Programme
£1800
This is the main way to work with me.
It is for people who need enough time to investigate what is happening, implement changes and explore the patterns that may be making those changes difficult to sustain.
The programme can include clinical nutrition and functional medicine work alongside body image, behaviour, stress, identity and trauma-aware support. The balance depends on what you need.
The programme includes:
An initial consultation and written roadmap
Six further private sessions across three months
Two sessions per month
Review of existing or newly commissioned test results where appropriate
Nutrition and supplement recommendations where appropriate
One email each week for questions or updates (response within two working days)
A closing summary at the end of the programme
Where appropriate, the work may also draw on breathwork, somatic practices and nervous-system regulation. These are never imposed or treated as shortcuts.
Laboratory testing and supplements are not included in the programme fee. Any additional cost will always be discussed with you first.
The £1,800 programme fee is paid in full before the work begins. I do not provide internal payment plans. Information about using Klarna is included in the frequently asked questions below.
Ongoing Support
£650 per month
Ongoing support is available to clients who have completed the Three-Month Private Programme and would benefit from continued guidance.
It includes:
Two private sessions each month
Priority booking
One email each week for questions or updates
Continued refinement of your health strategy as your circumstances change
The monthly fee is paid in advance before that month’s support begins. Ongoing support is not available as a starting point for new clients.
Before We Begin
This work is not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or crisis support, and it does not replace care from your doctor or mental health professional.
I do not prescribe medication or advise you to change prescribed medication. Laboratory testing, supplements and other external costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
The scope of our work, including communication and support between sessions, will always be agreed before we begin.
What People Are Saying
“I came to Daniel with what I thought was purely a digestive problem. What I didn't expect was to understand how deeply my stress and nervous system were connected to my gut. Within three months my symptoms had significantly improved, but more than that I finally understood why they kept coming back. Daniel's approach is unlike anything I'd experienced with other practitioners. He looks at the whole picture, not just the symptoms.”
Omar, London
“I was exhausted all the time and couldn't work out why. I'd tried various things, but nothing stuck. Working with Daniel, I realised a lot of my fatigue was being driven by patterns of thinking and behaviour I hadn't even recognised as a problem. The nutritional work gave me back my energy, but the mindset element genuinely changed how I relate to myself. I didn't expect both in one practitioner.”
Yvonne, London
“I was sceptical about anything that called itself healing work, but Daniel's approach is grounded in evidence and clinical reasoning, not abstract concepts. He helped me understand the physiological basis of what I'd been carrying, and the breathwork, which I approached cautiously, turned out to be the piece that finally allowed something to shift. Daniel's approach is both rigorous and deeply human at the same time.”
