I offer a small number of one-to-one spaces at any one time.
My work sits at the intersection of physiology, psychology, behaviour, identity, and lived experience. Some people come to me because they want structured nutrition and functional medicine support. Others come because they want a reflective, talking-based space to explore body image, self-worth, control, burnout, perfectionism, or the emotional patterns shaping their relationship with health.
Both routes are grounded in the same wider understanding: symptoms, stress, food, body image, identity, and behaviour often sit closer together than we are taught to believe. The difference is where we begin.
All new clients begin with a free 15-minute discovery call to establish whether the work is a good fit.
Choose Your Route
Nutrition & Functional Medicine
For people who want structured support with food, symptoms, digestion, energy, stress, supplements, testing, and lifestyle.
This route may be appropriate if you feel stuck despite doing many of the “right” things, if your health routine has become layered and difficult to sustain, or if you want a thoughtful functional view of what may be driving your symptoms.
We may look at nutrition, stress load, nervous system patterns, existing blood work, supplements, training habits, sleep, digestion, hormones, and the behavioural patterns that shape your relationship with health.
Reflective Coaching
For people who do not need another nutrition plan but want space to understand the patterns shaping their relationship with their body, choices, self-worth, confidence, identity, or sense of control.
This route may be appropriate if you are struggling with body image, perfectionism, burnout, emotional eating, comparison, self-criticism, health anxiety, or the pressure to keep improving yourself.
These sessions are talking-based, reflective, and practical. They are not therapy, and they are not a clinical nutrition consultation.
Which Route Is Right for Me?
Choose Nutrition & Functional Medicine if the main issue is food, symptoms, digestion, energy, hormones, supplements, testing, or wanting a clearer health strategy.
Choose Reflective Coaching if the main issue is body image, self-worth, control, perfectionism, emotional eating, burnout, identity, or feeling stuck in patterns you want to understand more clearly.
