1:1 Nutrition & Health
Clinical support for people who need more than another health plan.
I work with a small number of private clients who want to understand their health more fully, rather than being given another generic protocol to follow.
Some people come with physical symptoms, digestive problems, fatigue, conflicting advice or a health routine that has become increasingly complicated. Others are struggling with body image, perfectionism, emotional eating, burnout, identity or the pressure to keep improving themselves. Often, these experiences are connected.
My work brings together functional medicine, nutrition and trauma-aware understanding of health and behaviour. We can look at symptoms, blood results, food, sleep and supplements while also paying attention to stress, behaviour, identity, body image and the ways you have learned to cope.
You do not need to decide whether your problem is physical or emotional before contacting me. Understanding how the different parts fit together is part of the work.
I work internationally with people of all identities. My practice has particular depth in queer health, but you do not need to be queer to work with me.
This work may be right for you if:
You feel stuck despite doing many of the “right” things
You have persistent symptoms but no clear understanding of the wider pattern.
Your approach to health has become complicated, restrictive or difficult to sustain.
Body image, perfectionism, stress or control are influencing how you eat and care for yourself.
You are tired of surface-level advice and being treated as a collection of symptoms.
You want clinical rigour without having your identity or lived experience ignored.
How the Work is Structured
Health rarely changes neatly within one appointment. Symptoms need to be understood in context, recommendations need time to be put into practice, and the way your health responds often provides further information.
For that reason, my main clinical work takes place over three months. A standalone consultation is also available for people who need a more focused review or help with a specific issue.
Three-Month Clinical Programme
The main way to work with me
This programme is for people who need enough time to understand what may be contributing to their symptoms, put appropriate changes into practice and review how their health responds.
Rather than treating appointments as isolated sessions, we work across a defined three-month period. This allows me to consider your health history, symptoms, test results, nutrition, lifestyle and the wider patterns influencing your health as the work develops.
£1500 for Three Months
The programme includes:
Up to three clinical appointments during the three-month period
Review of your health history, symptoms and existing information
Relevant analysis and interpretation of agreed blood or functional test results
A personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy
Supplement recommendations where appropriate
Review and adjustment of the agreed plan as the work progresses
Limited message support for brief questions or clarification relating to the agreed plan
Message support is intended for straightforward questions that arise while putting the recommendations into practice. Where something requires a more detailed clinical review, interpretation of new information, a substantial change of direction or a longer discussion, it will be addressed within one of the programme appointments.
Laboratory testing, supplements and other external costs are not included in the programme fee. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before anything is ordered or recommended.
The programme begins on the agreed start date and runs for three months. Appointments and support must be used within that period and cannot be carried forward.
The programme fee is paid in full before the three-month period begins. Klarna may be available at checkout, subject to its own approval and terms.
Initial Clinical Consultation
£450
A focused standalone consultation for people who want an informed clinical perspective, help making sense of a particular issue or clearer priorities for what to do next.
Before we meet, you will complete a detailed intake form and provide any relevant existing results. I will review this information in advance so that the consultation can focus on the wider clinical picture rather than simply gathering information.
During the consultation, we may explore:
Current symptoms and relevant health history
Nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep and recovery
Existing blood results, testing and supplement use
Stress, body image and behavioural patterns
Areas of contradiction or unnecessary complexity
The most useful priorities going forward
Following the consultation, you will receive a written summary within five working days outlining the main areas identified, practical priorities and any appropriate initial recommendations.
This is a contained consultation. It does not include extensive laboratory interpretation, continuing protocol development, message support or ongoing clinical review. Where broader investigation, detailed testing or continuing guidance is needed, the Three-Month Clinical Programme will usually be more appropriate.
Continuing the Work
Some clients benefit from continuing beyond the initial three months, particularly where further testing, longer-term symptoms or ongoing adjustments require additional clinical review.
Further work is arranged in additional three-month blocks at £1,500. Each block includes up to three appointments, relevant review and analysis, adjustments to the agreed plan and limited message support during the active three-month period.
The need for further work will be reviewed at the end of each block. Continuation is not automatic and will depend on what is appropriate at that stage.
What People Are Saying
“I came to Daniel with what I thought was purely a digestive problem. What I didn't expect was to understand how deeply my stress and nervous system were connected to my gut. Within three months my symptoms had significantly improved, but more than that I finally understood why they kept coming back. Daniel's approach is unlike anything I'd experienced with other practitioners. He looks at the whole picture, not just the symptoms.”
Omar, London
“I was exhausted all the time and couldn't work out why. I'd tried various things, but nothing stuck. Working with Daniel, I realised a lot of my fatigue was being driven by patterns of thinking and behaviour I hadn't even recognised as a problem. The nutritional work gave me back my energy, but the mindset element genuinely changed how I relate to myself. I didn't expect both in one practitioner.”
Yvonne, London
“I was sceptical about anything that called itself healing work, but Daniel's approach is grounded in evidence and clinical reasoning, not abstract concepts. He helped me understand the physiological basis of what I'd been carrying, and the breathwork, which I approached cautiously, turned out to be the piece that finally allowed something to shift. Daniel's approach is both rigorous and deeply human at the same time.”

Scope of the Work
My work does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or crisis support, and it does not replace care from your doctor or mental health professional.
I do not prescribe medication or advise clients to alter prescribed treatment. Laboratory testing, supplements and external practitioner costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
