Bespoke Private Support

Discreet, highly personalised health support for lives that do not fit a standard programme.

I offer a very limited number of bespoke private engagements for clients who require a greater level of access, flexibility and coordination than my standard one-to-one programme provides.

This work is designed for people whose health cannot be separated from demanding schedules, international travel, changing environments, family responsibilities or an existing team of medical and wellbeing professionals.

The arrangement is built around what is genuinely required. It may involve more frequent contact, a higher level of practical support and coordination across the different people involved in your care.

Who This Is For

  • You travel frequently or divide your time between different countries and residences.

  • Your schedule makes conventional appointment structures difficult.

  • You are managing a complex or changing health picture.

  • You want one trusted person to help you make sense of different recommendations.

  • You already work with doctors, therapists, trainers, chefs or other practitioners and want greater coordination between them.

  • You require a high degree of privacy and discretion.

  • You need more continuity and access than a standard health programme can provide.

  • You want thoughtful support that considers physiology, behaviour, stress, identity and everyday life together.

This service is available to individuals and private households. Every engagement is considered carefully to ensure that the level of support requested is appropriate and sustainable.

What Bespoke Support May Include

The precise arrangement will depend on your health, schedule and existing support network. It may include:

  • A comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle and current priorities

  • A personalised nutrition and health strategy

  • Regular private consultations

  • Review of existing blood results, functional testing and supplement use

  • Recommendations for appropriate testing where useful

  • Support implementing and adjusting recommendations

  • A private communication channel for agreed questions and updates

  • Priority scheduling across different locations and time zones

  • Planning around travel, events and periods of increased demand

  • Coordination with doctors, therapists, trainers, chefs or other professionals, with your consent

  • Briefing household or support staff where appropriate

  • Support simplifying a complicated health or supplement routine

  • Attention to stress, body image, behaviour and nervous-system load

  • Breathwork or somatic practices where appropriate

  • In-person consultations in London

  • International travel by separate arrangement

Your level of access, communication and coordination will be defined clearly before the engagement begins.

A Joined-Up Approach

My role is to help you understand the wider picture and turn a large amount of information into a coherent, realistic health strategy.

I bring together functional medicine, nutrition and trauma-aware thinking. This allows us to consider symptoms, blood results, sleep, food and supplements while also recognising the effects of stress, behaviour, identity, relationships and environment.

The work is evidence-informed but not driven by endless testing or optimisation. Recommendations need to make sense within your actual life. The aim is greater clarity, consistency and trust in the way your health is being supported.

Working Alongside Your Existing Team

Bespoke support can work alongside an existing medical or wellbeing team.

With your permission, I may communicate with relevant doctors, therapists, personal trainers, chefs or other practitioners to help reduce conflicting advice and ensure that recommendations are practical.

My role is not to replace these professionals. It is to bring greater continuity to the nutritional, behavioural and functional parts of your health while keeping sight of the whole person.

Access and Communication

The level of access is agreed individually and may include regular consultations, priority scheduling and a private channel for appropriate questions and updates.

Response times and communication boundaries will be set out clearly in your agreement. Bespoke support does not mean unlimited or constant access, and it is not a 24-hour medical service.

I do not provide emergency, crisis or acute medical support. Urgent medical concerns must be directed to an appropriate doctor or emergency service.

Professional Scope

I am a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner, nutritionist and author with more than fifteen years of experience.

I have worked internationally with clients in private and confidential environments, including people managing demanding schedules, regular travel and complex professional responsibilities.

I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace care from a doctor, psychiatrist or other regulated healthcare professional.

Where something falls outside my professional scope, I will say so clearly and recommend that you involve an appropriate clinician.

Fees and Engagement

Bespoke engagements start from £3,500 per month. The initial engagement is three months and is paid in full before the work begins.

The final fee will depend on the level of access, frequency of consultations, coordination required and whether travel or in-person support is involved.

Laboratory testing, supplements, professional fees charged by other practitioners and travel expenses are not included unless explicitly agreed.

After the initial three-month period, continued support may be arranged and is paid monthly in advance.
