Reflective Coaching

A talking-based space for body image, self-worth, control, burnout, identity, and the emotional patterns that shape health.

You may not need another diet, supplement plan, test, or wellness routine. You may need space to understand why you keep relating to yourself in the same way.

Reflective Coaching is for people who want support making sense of the patterns underneath body image, comparison, self-criticism, perfectionism, emotional eating, health anxiety, burnout, identity, or the pressure to constantly improve.

These sessions draw on my background in nutrition, behaviour change, body image, addiction support, breathwork, and lived experience, but they are not therapy and they are not a clinical nutrition consultation. We will not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, interpret lab tests, prescribe supplements, or create detailed food plans.

Instead, the focus is on helping you think clearly, understand the pattern, and explore what may need to change in how you relate to your body, choices, routines, confidence, and sense of self.

All new clients begin with a free 15-minute discovery call to establish whether the work is a good fit.

Who This Is For

Reflective Coaching may be appropriate if you feel stuck in patterns around body image, food, control, comparison, self-worth, burnout, or the pressure to keep improving yourself.

You may already understand some of this intellectually, but still find yourself returning to the same behaviours, thoughts, reactions, or forms of self-protection. The work is not about forcing a breakthrough or turning your life into another project. It is about creating a grounded space to look at what is happening with more honesty, clarity, and care.

What We Might Explore

The focus of each session depends on what you bring, but common themes include:

  • Body image and appearance pressure

  • Self-worth, shame, and comparison

  • Perfectionism, control, and over-functioning

  • Emotional eating, food guilt, or health obsession

  • Burnout, depletion, and the difficulty of slowing down

  • Identity, belonging, visibility, and the pressure to perform

  • The relationship between stress, the nervous system, habits, and self-protection

  • The gap between what you know intellectually and what you are able to live emotionally

  • How to create more supportive routines without turning them into another system of pressure

The work is reflective, but it is also practical. We look at the pattern, how it may have developed, how it shows up now, and what may help you respond differently in daily life.

This route may be helpful if:

  • You feel preoccupied with your body, appearance, food, fitness, or ageing.

  • You struggle with self-worth, comparison, shame, or the feeling of never being enough.

  • You use control, discipline, productivity, or health routines to manage anxiety or uncertainty.

  • You are burnt out from performing, pleasing, achieving, or holding everything together.

  • You feel caught between wanting change and feeling tired of constantly trying to fix yourself.

  • You want to talk through something with someone who understands both physiology and psychology.

  • You are not looking for a full nutrition consultation, but you want support understanding what is going on beneath the surface.

How Sessions Work

Reflective Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and take place privately online.

You can use a session to focus on one specific issue, such as body image, emotional eating, burnout, confidence, comparison, or feeling stuck. You can also use the sessions as a more regular space to explore a repeating pattern over time.

Before the first session, you will complete a short intake form so I can understand what you are bringing and whether this is the right kind of support.

These sessions are conversation-based. There is no meal plan, lab review, supplement protocol, or written clinical roadmap. Where useful, you may leave with reflections, practical prompts, or simple next steps, but the main value is in having a clear, contained space to think, feel, and understand what is happening.

Session Options

One Reflective Coaching Session, £150

A 60-minute talking-based session focused on body image, self-worth, control, emotional patterns, burnout, identity, or feeling stuck.

This may be useful if you want to talk through something specific, gain clarity on a pattern, or experience the work before committing to more regular support.

Four-Session Reflective Coaching Package, £540

Four 60-minute sessions for those who want a more consistent space over several weeks.

This may be useful if you are working with a repeated pattern around body image, self-worth, control, burnout, comparison, emotional eating, or identity, and want enough time to explore it with more depth and continuity.

What This Is Not

Reflective Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, trauma treatment, clinical nutrition work, or a substitute for medical or mental health care.

These sessions do not include meal plans, lab interpretation, supplement protocols, detailed nutrition planning, or ongoing support between sessions.

If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or need treatment for a mental health condition, please contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services, or an appropriate mental health professional.
